These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of The Cabinet of Curiosities, a digital product created and sold by [The Blondes Restoration] (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing this product, you agree to the following:

1. Product Type

The Cabinet of Curiosities is a digital product. It includes:

• online access to a collection of prompts, hooks, and creative strategy materials

• access to a private community space

• lifetime access to the materials as long as the product exists

No physical items are shipped.

2. Access

Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to:

• the Cabinet of Curiosities webpage

• the downloadable or viewable content

• an email with your access links

• an invitation to the private Cabinet Community

It is your responsibility to enter your email correctly at checkout.

3. No Refunds

As this is a digital product with instant access, all sales are final.

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, digital products that are delivered immediately and cannot be returned are not eligible for refunds once you have accessed the content. By completing your purchase, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel.

4. Community Guidelines

Access to the Cabinet Community is included as a courtesy, not a paid membership. We reserve the right to remove anyone who:

• behaves inappropriately

Removal from the community does not entitle the purchaser to a refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Cabinet of Curiosities — including prompts, lessons, text, structure, and frameworks — is the intellectual property of [The Blondes Restoration] and is protected by copyright law.

You may use the prompts for your personal or business content creation, but you may not:

• resell, share, or distribute the product

• replicate the structure or content in your own products

• upload the materials to public platforms

6. Personal Responsibility

The Cabinet of Curiosities provides creative and strategic prompts intended to support your content creation. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes including, but not limited to, increased engagement, visibility, or sales.

You are responsible for how you use and implement the materials.

7. Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring you have:

• a device capable of accessing the content

• updated software or browsers as needed
